to fly, a state flag, yacht club burgee, plus 'fun' pennants. Having never flown any before can someone guide me to a link or tell me where the proper places to fly these, like on spreaders, backstay, mast, or staff. Some place I read that the 'Jolly Rodger' could/should be flown only on the starboard mast stay/spreader I think it was. Thanks
