No videos of my day today, but I successfully had the spinnaker up and was running just a tad over 5 knots. Pulled it down and turned the boat heading for the river, with a 2/3 of a furled jib and a full main, reached a nice even 7 knots and healing at 20 degrees. Yes Crazee Dave, I know, but I was by myself and enjoying the good wind.
Question for the folks on this forum. For those that have a whisker pole, where do you store it. I have seen some boats with a real nice locking cradle on deck. I currently have mine stored in the V birth as it fits on the shelf, but its a pain sometimes to fetch it and bring it up on deck when the boat under way.
