I don't have a trailer, but offer this suggestion. A few years ago I traded a Bristol 28 fin keel for my current Catalina 30. As part of the deal I paid to have the Bristol shipped from NY to NJ. It cost me $500. Since you are willing to spend $200. maybe a local boat hauler close to your area would do it for close to what you want to spend.

Not everyone who has C22s either has a trailer, NOR do they have fixed keels. Most fixed keel boats stay in the water, hence, no trailer. Most swing keels have trailers, and their owners either keep the boats on the trailers or are using the boats and the trailers this July 4th weekend. You also provided VERY little advance warning, although I understand that maybe you couldn't know ahead of time. I can't beleave (believe) you're mad at anybody! Stu

posts.. He sounds like he had a good idea there... And I doubt it's not a matter of noone wanting to help. More like, how many empty trailers are around. Like Stu said.. not much around really..anyways, good luck..mine is a swing keelso I can't help you
