Hypalon dinghy glue?

Hi all
My motor mount on my dinghy is loose. My question how would you fix this, or would you just leave it?

I would remove it completely, thoroughly remove all adhesive and clean both mating surfaces, rough up the surfaces with sandpaper and re-glue using the adhesive that the manufacturer recommends.

I have no idea what adhesive the manufacturer recommends. I think it might be an Avon boat. I found some adhesive at our local marine supplier, but at $38.95 I didn't want to buy that much (a pint with catalyst) if I had an alternative.

I've had excellent results with patching hypalon with 5200. Did a repair on an Achilles in 1982, which is still doing it's job

Did another in 2011-(different Achilles) still holding
