Just added EZ steer as per Dan Hills 240 mod ,Made my own.Also made screened hatch board to go with hatch tent.

Looks great!! They do make some of those air hose dis-connects that don't require you to activate the release to couple them, you just push them together. This can be very handy to install it when on the water but is still a problem taking it off for sailing, which I do at the rudder only and let it hang on the motor side. Ive come very close to dropping mine and have thought about adding a lanyard of some type, Davey Jones has enough of my stuff already lol. You will enjoy the mod, I do!!
That looks great and thanks for the good pics. It looks like the tie rod end/ ball joints will allow you to raise the moter out of the water without having to diconnect the connecting rod. I like the hatch cover as well, I am going to put that on my todo list.

I made a loop which snugs in the middle of rod attached rope to back of boat thats why the extra nuts didnt have it on when i took pix,Also Made plastic rod that goes in mast support on stern so after disconnect from rudder it clips into fiitting so its not hanging loose.
