Usually in the middle of August. Check with one of the Bay Hunter SA's to see when if and when it's scheduled for 2013.

You just missed 2012 Chesapeake rendezvous

The last Chesapeake Bay rendezvous was this summer in Annapolis. The next event will probably be in 2014 or 2015. The 2012 event was well done and lots of fun.
