I'm now using a 14x12 two blade prop on my boat which matches well to the Yanmar 2QM15. ( this is a 1981 Hunter 33 ) Want to change to a three blade, just not sure if I should use 14X11 or 14X10.. I'm getting different stories from local prop shops.
I have a 2qm20 and have recently changed from a 15rh13 two bladed to a 15rh12 three bladed and the increase in boat speed and a much lower RPM was incredible, as well the kick to port in Reverse was lessened to almost non-existent. if this is anything similar your 2qm15 should be fine with a 14rh11
