I want to share a very positive shopping experience I had with Hunter Owners Store. If you have ever ordered anything from any on-line store you know the agony of waiting until it arrives to you see for your self that it is the right part, right colour, right size....
Like any sail boat owner I want to keep expenses down but I just acquired a 2002 Hunter 260 in mint condition and it did not have any canvas or cockpit cushions, Bimini or Pop-Top. Rather than worrying about ordering custom stuff from here and there I decided to go with "Genuine Hunter Parts" from the Hunter Owners Store. This was a complicated $2,200 order so I was on pins and needles. Add to this I live in Alberta, Canada so it is even tricky-er.
And yep there was a small problem, however the good folks at Hunter Owners Store were already on it before the parcels even arrived. They sent me an email and a phone message saying what was wrong and how they would fix it and at no extra cost to me. And they did exactly what they said they said they would.
Yes I am 100% satisfied and my hat is off to all the good folks at Hunter Owners Store their customer service is tops in my books.
