Hunter Legend 41ac - Venus Bow Thruster

Yesterday I was out and bow thruster stopped working. 2 presses to switch on and get the green light. But the direction buttons seem dead. I was using it earlier in the day to get on to the fuel dock. I worked it quite hard due to conditions.

is this a dead control unit or is it a blown fuse?

if the latter can anyone advise where I to locate the fuses?

I don't know your unit but fuses are typically located in one of two places (sometimes both). First look at the panel box and see if there is a blown fuse there. Next follow the run of the positive lead and see if there is a fuse holder in-line. My auto tiller on my last boat would often blow a fuse if I worked it too hard. There was a fuse in line not too far from the unit but I also had to throw the auxillary switch on my panel box. In my case the fuse in-line was the smaller fuse and it was the one that blew.
