Hunter Interior Molding

1986 H34: I’m trying to source this molding:

The closest I can find has an additional bottom piece like what I’ve drawn. Does anyone know if these pieces havethe recessed portion? Or, are the simply screwed in from the bottom?

This is what I keep finding. I know I can just rip the bottom off, but was hoping someone could point me in the direction of the correct part.
