I found the one on the outside of the hull on the starboard aft side. It is partially covered with a plate and bolts holding my ss davit system.. I know there is a second hull number stamped somewhere else. I have seen it but do not remember where. I am 3000 miles from my boat now and need a friend to photograph the hull number. Could someone please direct me to the second hull number on my 1996 Hunter Passage 42. Thanks very much

What about a copy of your coast guard documentation certificate that should be in your navigation table on boat or second copy kept on board in a small hidden water proof safe?

I believe if memory serves me I have seen the hull number on my 356 in various other locations as well. Try checking both port and starboard sides of hull, also try below deck. Say engine area,inside lazarrette storage areas, and behind instrument breaker panel at nav.

Panama registered boat and the reason I need this is to re-register in USA. They want it photographed and since I am not near the boat I have to have someone do it. It seems I have seen it stamped in the propane locker starboard aft. Does that ring any bells?
