Hunter Club in San Francisco area?*!

Reading a previous post made me wonder if there is a Hunter club in the S. F. area. My boat (H31) is in Alameda and on my dock alone in the marina there are six Hunters. If there isn't one, has anyone thought of, or tried to start one? Thanks for the info.

Hi Rich, I have an H340 berthed in Marina Village and shortly before the recent boat show I mentioned the idea to Jerry Nassoi (sp?) at Crusing Specialists (since they are the Bay Area Hunter dealer and could act as a sponsor). He seemed intrigued with the idea of a Hunter get together, but I have no idea if he will be moving forward with the concept or with assisting in building a NorCal Hunter Association. There are certainly a lot of Hunters in the area though, and I think it would be fun and educational for all of us. My wife and I have only owned our boat for about 6 months, moving up from a trailerable sailboats. Rob
