Hunter - Chapter 11

I try to keep my ear to the ground (so to speak) but this caught me by surprise ... apparently Hunter just left Chapter 11 bankruptcy where they were purchased by Marlow Acquisitions, LLC.

Is this news to any of you all?

settled some weeks back, the new name is Marlow Hunter and that name is already appearing in the magazines.

Dave Marlow is a well respected builder and owner....should be a good thing, unless your "new" boat was delivered in the limbo period....several here are having some issues with this no man's land.

Any idea how they will handle old (pre change of control) warrantee claims?
