Has anyone installed an Inner/Cutter stay to hold a stormsail on a current model 45CC? The 450 Passage was capable of this modification/addition but I am having trouble finding anyone including Selden or Hunter who can advise.

Page 39 and 40 of the H46 owners manual was all the information I had. I did not use the schaefer base/bar, instead I designed a triangle base installed in the bulkhead that also supported the deck. On the deck I used a folding double "D"ring. The scheafer bar is attached to the cabin side of the anchor locker bulkhead. I also installed a second car to both jib sheet tracks for the stay sail sheets.

Inner forestay for passage 456
We have a 2002 passage 456, we installed a inner forestay, and a pro furl roller furling. Had a heavy duty sail cut. Used a large winchard folding padeye to anchor it to the deck, bolted it to an identical one below deck facing down and then attached a turnbuckle to that and anchored it on the bulkhead that seperates the anchor well and the forward head. The added another car to the track and away we go. Works great boat balances great now.
