The sender--which is prob'ly what has failed--will be on the outside of a tank wall. The panel should be on a wall or maybe the side of the vanity...somewhere it can be seen.
Snake River went out of business nearly 10 years ago...the brand has been picked up by a succession of people over the years who thought it was worth something, so you may find it if you google Snake River. However, I wouldn't bother. Dennis Ferriello was SR's national sales manager for a couple of decades...when they went out of business he started his own company making the Profile tank monitors,
Profile Tank Monitors which are TOP rated. The components are also plug -n' play replacements for the SR systems...and Dennis provides the best customer service help of anyone in the marine industry. Give him a call--he'll even answer the phone on weekends!--and he'll help you sort out what you need to do to have a working system again. You'll find a whole bunch of folks here who've bought systems and parts from him and will HIGHLY recommend both Dennis and the Profile systems.
