Has anyone replaced the side ports on their 42 and did you have them made or did you buy from Hunter parts site. I would be interested in a drawing or cad file if some one has them.

Main cabin or aft cabin? Different port lights. A sister boat fellow skipper replaced his main cabin ones and made them himself. Aft cabin ones are Lewmar brand and this site carries them.
thanks, main cabin, they are just (3/8 i think)Plexiglas but would like to have them made before removing the old ones. The store wants 500.00 each and I can buy a 4 x 8 ft sheet for $300 and they will cut for a few dollars more but need drawings to do that.
You're talking about the custom cut port lights with the Bomar opening port lights set in them? Can you take an impression from the old ones as a pattern? Or remove the old ones and use as a template? Our crazed ones need replacing, too. The Canadian fella that did his made new ones but chose not to replace the original Bomar opening port lights. Turned out very nice.
thats what I will most likely have to do also, just hoping I could get the new ones before pulling the old. Thanks for the reply.
