Hunter 41 stearing problem

New problem on my 41Hunter AC
Before haul out with bottom paint cutlass bearing and packing gland serviced no problem back in water now the boat if helm released turns hard to port
Anyone ever had the same problem
Had the boat pulled out again and no rudder damage prop fine and all seems to be in line
HELP

I suppose if the strut got tweaked somewhere in the haul or maintenance, it could cause that. I once wrapped a mooring line that floated up with kelp and it required a realignment of the shaft strut and engine. It was slight and not noticeable visually but did affect the helm. Just a thought.
