Hunter 40 Main Traveler Replacement

Does any one have suggestions on the replacement or repair of the traveler system for the Hunter 40 Main Sheet. It's shives are starting to break and I don't see a way to replace just them. Does anyone know what system to replace it with or how to replace the shives.

I think your H40 has the traveler on the bridgedeck in front of the companionway like our early H37-cutters. For those who have upgraded I think Garhauer has been the traveler of choice. Here's one on an H37C.
