We purchased our new/used Hunter 386 last October. It was wrapped and on the hard. I did notice the lines are probably original. I'd like to change any lines that are hard to swap out...example...Halyards. The Main Sheet Traveller Line is also worn ( I believe this is the line above the arch).
My Owners Manual lists the

Main Halyard as 128' x 3/8" 307-020 Shackle/Eye one end
Jib Halyard as 115' x 1/2" 307-047 Shackle/Not one end
Main Sheet Traveller 26' x 5/16" Eye one end. There are 2 of these.

So for starters, I'd like to get these changed out before the sails go up. With the current lock down, I have no way to confirm. Are there some other hard to change out lines I should do before we finally get her in the water? Last...can you recommend a store/web site that can make these with the correct ends?
thanks,

Thanks for the replies. I ordered up a few lines from SBO. rgranger...maybe that's why they named ours, Knot a Clew 2 :)

The only lines that are hard are the spinnaker halyard and topping lift that go through the mast and main sheet and outhaul that go through the boom. But you can replace these lines by attaching a tag line to the old and pull it through then attach the new line and pull it through. All this can this in the water at your convenience. That is the way I replaced my Hunter 386 lines.

Any sailboat running rigging supply house like SBO ot local rigger can make these for you. Use the manual line lengths as they accurate based on my experience replacing lines on my Hunter 386.
