Hunter 380 head layouts?

For most of the 380's close to my price range, there seems to be a separate shower stall with the toilet and a small sink/vanity and a smaller navigation station. I've seen one or two other 380's with what looked like a larger nav table, larger sink/vanity and the toilet inside the shower stall.

Just curious if this was an option or just a year thing?
