Does anybody know any history of this yacht. s/y Artemis, originally from the Florida area, but for the last several years in the Chesapeake area.

You probably already know that is not in our directory here on HOW. I see a "sale pending" on a Baltimore H37C, a 1981. It looks to be in decent shape but of course a survey is always necessary. Notice that you need to move to an '82 or later to get the main traveler out of the cockpit(where I prefer it but most do not). I would always recommend a fresh water boat but there does not appear to be a single one on YachtWorld. Good luck.
