Not aware of one. This thread might be helpful on tapping into a Hunter 376 fresh water system.

Not always. Some owners have installed one.
On a small boat you might ask why? The tanks tend to be small (190 liters or less). When there is an issue one dumps the water fixes the problem then refills the tank.
Of course this can become a problem if you are not near a fresh water source.
May I ask why you are looking for a tap? Do you have a leak?
