Thanks for the link. Yes, the PHRF varies by the area but provides a handy guide to what experience has shown the boat's speed potential could be. I would probably not race this boat except for Wed. PM. which in our area aren't even scored. But, I do not want a boat which will not sail. For me sailing is a kenetic sport and if the boat isn't moving it isn't any fun.
