I am building a trailer for my Hunter 340 and wonder if anyone know the center of gravity. Hunter says they don't have it.

You are probably looking for the center of buoyancy. The CG is a not so useful number in boat circles. From symmetry we can conclude that it is along the fore/aft center line and if you can find the CB you can do a Free Body Diagram to calculate the CG
What are you trying to calculate?
For the record the CB is a volume type number. It will be above the GC and on the same vertical axis.

he may be looking for the CG, to keep it on the trailer....

the CG, if the boat is sitting on the ground on it's keel, will be several feet "under ground"..not sure that it is really an issue for the trailer specs...the weight of the keel, the bunks and tie downs will keep it centered and on the trailer...

the biggest issue for calculating the CG, is how much more stuff do you have on the boat than it came with...each weight and where it is stowed or placed will have an impact on the overall CG...

jomanning, is that your reasoning?
