Short answer. Yes. It will require putting a couple of magic marker marks on the strut extending to the hull. Then pull the strut and shaft so you can put it back in the same position. Don't glue it on. Just seal the holes and screws.
This assumes you can get the coupling off. I changed mine to a split coupling.
Otherwise it gets harder and more costly. Raise the engine and slide it forward. Or drop the rudder.
