Hunter 33.5 inspection areas

I'm planning to go look at a 1989 Hunter 33.5 for possible purchase. Are there any specific areas I should look at closely? Any known problems? I'll get a professional survey done before purchase, of course.

Check the deck for delamination towards the bow on the starboard side where the roller furling lines enter and exit the deck into the anchor locker.

Also check for any leaks in the bilge. The last keel bolt may leak. (You have to remove the flooring to even get to it).

Check the mast support post for rotting wood. Located inside a wall at the head entrance.

Check for a rusty keel.
