Hunter 326 bilge set up

I have 3 bilges the first one has the pump the second one has I will call it a weeping hole.
It seems to the third one is not connected to the others.
If I get water I have to use the emergency hand Bible pump.
This doesn’t seem right to..
BTW this is the second season that I own this boat.

What year/model is this?
Seems kind of a poorly thought out early version of a grid design, but not thinking about practical matters like this.
I want to correlate back to the original architect.
