Hunter 310 (wheel brake rack and pinion)

I would like to know from someone who change the wheel brake on a hunter 310 1997, if you had to remove the console in order to remove the lower arm ( there is no room to pull down this arm)

You have to remove the bolts that hold the pedestal on to the deck. Then if you pry up the pedestal slightly, you will have just enough room to remove the lower arm. Edson is the manufacturer of that steering system. If you email them, they will send you a set of step by step instructions on removing and installing the steering brake. I had these instructions but I haven't been able to find them.

Job done, you were right, i had the instructions from Edson, but on the terrain its a bit different. Long and painful job to change only a wheel brake. Thx for you help
