I am in need of replacing the spreader boots on my 1999 Hunter 310, and after looking at West Marine's website, it appears they only offer three sizes to choose from. I checked my manual for the size of the spreader tip and did not find anything of value.
My choices are as follows:
Large - fits tips 3-1/4" x 1", shrouds to 1/4"
Medium - fits tips 2-1/4" x 11/16", shrouds to 3/16"
Small - fits tips 1-1/2" x 1/2", shrouds to 1/8"
I am thinking the large sized is what I want, based on a couple of things. The size of the boat, 31', and the size of my shrouds, which according to the manual are 1/4".
Would anyone else agree with my assessment, and has anyone had success with the WM boots on their Hunter 310?
