We have a 1998 310 with standard 2 blade prop and fin keel. Does anyone have a PHRF rating for this boat. PHRF-NB have us a 192 with a 110 jib and this seems to be an unfavorable rating.

Is the 310 really that slow?
Unless the 310 is much slower than I would guess you should do well with that rating. Most boats of this size are rated substantially faster, even after accounting for a nonspin adjustment. I've never sailed in a PHRF fleet that gave bonuses for small jibs. You could probably get a bigger jib without taking a rating change. Check with your club.

I'd go with that one, with no questions asked. 31's in our fleet are rated much lower.
