it is the last minute for spring launch and my boat is a 4 hour drive from the house and as usual i have a problem! i need to install the CDI roller furling assembly i recived as a x-mass gift (thanks) i will have to cut the for stay and install a self rigging swag thing, since the excrusion will not fit over the fixed trunbuckle, and i havent done this before and dont know what size cable the forstay is, and if this self swaging thingamagig is going to hold the mast up?????? so will the swag work, and what size is the cable?????? any help is apreicated and i promise to think of all of you as i am sailing my frozen vessel while drinking a verry cool cocktail on the great lakes next week.
