HUNTER 280 ZINC ANODE

Hi,
Has anybody found anywhere in USA the screw on sacrificial Zinc for galley sink?
The Zinc is a screw on type from below and thread is on the outside.

I had a 1996 Hunter 280, I don’t remember a zinc on the galley sink…

Mine was in fresh water on Lake Michigan. Used potable water from a tank. No need for a zinc as far as I knew.

You don’t mean the little aerator/screen on the faucet spout?
Do you have a photo?

A zinc would be unusual for a sink with no connection to other metal below the waterline.

However, the basket or sink drain is often made of zinc or other base metal. A photo would help.

When I pull the boat out I will take and post a photo no problem. It was there when i bought the boat and the Zinc is doing its job very well. The drain also serves as space for heat exchanger for fridge. I had the zinc made on lathe machine but just wondering if its produced by someone?
