Hunter 280 companionway instruments

Does anyone have a 280 with auto helm instruments mounted above the companion way? If so do you have any idea how they are mounted there is no easy access to get behind them it they are bolted in. I think the entire companion way hood does come off with some serious effort I hope maybe they are glued on.

I have my GPS display mounted on the hood (bolted on). The PO set it up, so I can't offer much insight into how he ran the cables. My autopilot control is mounted on the cockpit seat back next to the engine panel.

I don't think I would want the AP control on the hood as it would be to far from the helm.

I also have tridata and wind display on the pedestal behind the wheel.

Well I have speed, depth and wind all mounted to the "hood" before I took ownership and the speed is not working correctly. I want to take it off but can't access the back if it is bolted on.
