I have purchased a Hunter 1987 28.5. The aft cabin floor teak panel is weak. Anyone know where to purchase one?

I'm not familiar with your boat, but generally, since Hunter doesn't have these pieces in stock, your best bet would be to take the assembly to a boat yard with a carpenter who's done interiors and get an estimate. Typically they're constructed with a plywood substrate covered with 1/4 in. plywood/teak veneer.

cabin sole
As s sauer said, the aft cabin sole is very small. I replaced the main cabin sole in my 1985 28.5 right after i bought her. I got the teak holley sheets from a lumber yard in Houston. You can do this by yourself if you have any skills at all.
