way to go

I think I will Let Foss foam build it, The beefing up i was refuring to was to keep it from rocking port to starboard while the rudder is facing fore and aft, while on a mooring ball the boat can see 2' - 3' chop for hours on end, and i dont like the play between the rudder shaft and hull. I purchased the boat with no rudder because of the ruff conditions in the basin. It seems to have happen to multiple boats ie. Morgan 24', Watson 23'. The morgan 24 also lost its swing keel as well as a Mcgregor 25' because of the chop. Though it is not an often occurance for it to get that bad it does happen. I will tell foss foam about the problem and see what they say. I sure dont want it over built for the good reasons you stated.
