Fixed Keel
The H25 had a choice of two fixed keels, full draft (3'11") and shoal draft (2'11"). If you're a "wannabe", where are you? (My H25 is on the market.) Check the classifieds on this website for H25's for sale. Also, check www.yachtworld.com where they always seem to have a few listed. The shoal draft version is a bit easier to load and trailer, but has a bit less pointing ability than the full keel version. If you're not racing (and who is "serious" about racing a H25..... other than me......) you will probably only notice a bit more tendency to weather helm over the full keel version. Good luck!
