Well, I have installed an engine control on the Whitlock now lemar wheel steering system with the ez steer attachement. It is not hard to install but you gotta know what you are doing. It makes life easy when you can steer with the wheel and have controls for the throttle and gear selection on the pedestal. You will end up cutting the wheel gaurd, installing the pod along with the shifter package. You will need two 9 foot cables. If using the Tohatsu, you will need a cable attachement kit. I like buying the tiller version handle of the 9.8 four stroke. I added the ez steer but it had to be shortened to work. The engine is fuel efficient. My customer was pleased and satisfied. He is a gadget person as he use to be an Air Force pilot. I have basically told you what you will need. Now figure the rest of the installation. It is not as easy in the beginning but it is easy now as we know what to do.
