Hunter 25.5 keel option

The Hunter Owner site indicates that there was a keel option offered on the 1985 25.5 model. I provided the hull id# to the Hunter Marine Tech Support guy. He said that his info shows that all 25.5 models came with the 3' 6". Are there any owners, present or former, who had other than the 3' 6' on their 25.5?

H 25.5 Keel

I have a 1985 Hunter 25.5 with a fin keel. The overall draft of the boat measures 4 feet 6 inches. I do not know the actual lenght of the keel. I would like to comment that with this keel I am able to point as high as J 24's and S2 7.9's

I have a 84 with a fin keel 4'6" draft. I'm not sure if these were on later model years.

3'6" Draft

My 1986 Hunter 25.5 has a fixed keel with a 3'6" draught. I've also got a 1987 H23.5 but it's got a 2'6" draught.

Why don't you take a tape measure and measure it for yourself? There are plenty of ways of doing it that are really simple.

Thanks for all of the replies. It's on another lake. The owner is deceased and nobody down here or on that lake knew anything about the boat. When I haul it out I'll be able to determine what she's got.
