I recently replaced the cushions on my '87 Hunter 23 from the company in Florida .. the name of which I don't know at the moment but I believe its in St. Pete, Fla. and is called U.S. Boat Cushions. They did the cushions on new Hunters for a while and they have the templates for everything. I would advise that if your cushions themselves have a mildewy smell just putting new covers on them won't work ... you're better off replacing everything. Does anybody else have the name of the company at hand?

Local upholstery shop
My cushions were redone by the previous owner a month before I bought my boat (nice) So my boats got a green tartan interior. He told me it cost him a little over $400.00 to get the job done by a professional upholstery shop.

Genco in Toronto does alot of work on interior and outside canvas. Their phone number is 415-504-2891. I have had them do work for me in the past. The quality is great. If you are in the US, the charge in CANADIAN dollars. A boat they did the interior for was recently written up in sail magazine. Ask for Nat Jr.

If you mean cockpit cushions, they're probably Ameriseam and we can get them for you through this site. for interior cushions, US Boat cushions in FL is your best bet.

Boat cushions
I recommend US Boat Cushions. We replaced all our cushions on our H23 last year. They did a great job and have all the patterns for the Hunter models that they once supplied, including the H23. However, it did seem strange to have cushions shipped from St. Petersburg, FL to Seattle, WA. Greg Hartgraves
