Hunter 23 Mast Stepping

I have had a hard time stepping the mast on my 23 with just my Son as a helper.One of my arms is a little compromised due to a surgery. I would like to find out the easiest way to step the mast. Can I add a pole or another winch? Any help would be appreciated.Sincerely, BILL ALLREDORION II Orlando Florida
