Replacement parts for winch
It depends upon the brand. Hunter uses Fulton winches now, but mine (1994) was a different manufacturer. I got parts from Grainger Parts Operations P.O. Box 3074 Northbrook, IL 60065-3074 800-323-0620 I think I got the address from Hunter. Last year, I replaced the original winch with a Fulton winch. The tip of the latch kept breaking off the original and I didn't trust it to hold. Fulton's winch has a much better design with a beefier latch that is much less likely to fail. Northern Tool had good prices on Fulton winches and cable.
