Hunter 23.5 Gib Halyard Replacement/Issue

Replaced main halyard with no problem. Gib halyard has come to a halt. The wheel at the mast entrance is half gone. The left side does not exist.
To replace I have to drill out the rivets that hold the plastic molding around the halyard mast entrance slot. Once I remove that, what's next? How is that pulley wheel installed? What do I need to order for it's replacemen?

I think the standard mast on h 23.5s was a Z-Spar190. You should be able to ID the mast exit blocks on yours at the Rig Rite web site http://www.rigrite.com/Spars/Zspar/Z-Exit_Blocks.php and then track down replacement parts through the Store here at Sailboat Owners (give them a call for assistance)

For future reference US Spars is identical to Z Spar owned by the same owners but under a different name in the US. Forum store can also get the parts

If it is like mine, The pin that goes through the mast on the jib sheave must be driven out. One end of it probably is a bit of a spline to anchor into the mast. You might tell upon close inspection which end it is. Find the right end, then drive it out from the other end. Be sure to catch it !
