How much weight, if any should be on the center board while on the trailer? or should the weight be on the flat bunk boards on the hull?

Are you referring to the swing keel?
If you are, there shouldn't be any weight on it at all. There is only one connection point at the pivot and I have no doubt it would be damaged in on e form or another. The swing keel is actually released on the trailer to rest on a board on your trailer while traveling. It only comers down a few inches.
