Hunter 216 Single Point Hoist

Hi folks - I am moving our 2004 216 to a location that has a single point hoist. I've spoken with hunter and they indicated that the 216 must be lifted with slings fore and aft. Makes sense because there is no central point of attachment on a 216. They indicated using a bridle to attach the slings to the hoist. My goal is to avoid stepping the mast and to keep it dry sailed. Ramps are not available.

Has anyone done this and have any advice or reference pics/info? Thanks.

I've seen plenty of boats sitting on float-on docks which raised the hull out of the water. A great idea for dry sailing and avoiding the bottom paint problem.
