I have read that the hunter 216 plastic hull can crack. They say it is cold weather related. What is the repair process. The only thing I have read was it wasn't hard to do and well worth it. Any info would be greatly appreciatiated.

My cockpit has cracks developing in the seating area. Some so deep that the material underneath can be seen.
Also the cockpit flooring is separating from whatever it adhered too. Has the bubble feel to it when walked on.

It would be helpful if you posted pictures as Chuckwayne and I can help you. The old saying a picture is worth a thousand words. What ever you do first is keep that crack from spreading or elongating out. Simply drill a 1/8 inch hole at each end.

Crazy Dave is right! Once you put a clean hole at the end of the crack it won't continue to grow - then you can plan and prep your repair
