Hunter 1983 31 head door

I was in an offshore race last week in some pretty rough wind on the nose conditions and as I was moving from the vberth to take my watch I was thrown into the head door and split it right where the recessed panel and the inner piece of the door meet. It looks like I can likely do a biscuit joint or two and glue it back together and it will look like normal. In the event that I cannot accomplish this, does anyone have a source for a replacement without having to build from scratch?

Same thing happened to me. I glued it back together as it split along the grain. I was lucky it broke in two pieces. Give that a shot. Get some clamps to ensure it glues straight. good luck.
