I have a 1989 H18 that I've owned for 2 and a half years. Earlier this fall I was sailing out of Bouge Inlet. On my way back to the marina while motoring my way through the ICW my winch suddenly fell apart and onto the deck. I was able to grab the guts and the mounting hardware remained on the mast. The outer part that you lead the halyard around and the allen screw that holds the winch to the mounting hardware are now a pemanant part of the ICW floor. Along with the parts that went overboard so went the name of the manufacturer and any hope of finding replacements. I know that I can order a new harken but before I do; I thought I'd check to see if any other sailors out there could help me. Ro Ro
