Hunter 140 cracks repairs

We purchased a 2000 Hunter 140. It is in great condition overall, but the deck and the cockpit has cracks. We know it "normal" in this boar because the material and how is built, we still want to fix the cracks. I read that just using some caulk would do it. What do you guys recommend?
