Hull Windows B43

I have a B43 and one of the hull windows ( starboard side, center ship) has a scratch on it. Does anyone know how these are replaced? It looks like they are put in from the outside and then beaded with some kind of bedding.

Any info would be appreciated.

It's held in place with Sikaflex. The stuff holds on like grim death. I have NO idea how to get it off.

Sikaflex295 can only be removed mechanically. Depending how old the port is you may be able to buff out the scratch with very fine compound. I used stainless polish.
Else slice with a boxcutter or plastic razor set to the depth of the groove on both edges and peel out with a narrow screwdriver or wood chisel.

I'm not sure how the remover for 5200 would work. Maybe someone has tried?
