I was pretty sure I had a leaky stanchion. So sure that I removed it before figuring out it is actually a small hull to deck leak about a foot aft of the first stanchion aft of the pull pit on the starboard side. So, at least I have rebed a stanchion, which was easy enough, but I still have to deal with the leak.
I'd really like to avoid pulling off a significant portion of the toe rail for a first shot at this. I plan to pull the offending bolt, put some caulk in the hole, re-install and hope for the best.
Anyone run into this before?
Thanks,
Bob
